The ByLaw change enabling electronic voting has been signed by the Declarant and will be recorded with the Moore County register of deeds.  This will also be uploaded to Front Steps.  The next step is for the Board to determine the best firm to carryout future electronic voting per the recent ByLaw Committee's recommendations.
